Ladies, do you find yourself frustrated getting ready to go out because nothing fits? Throwing around clothes in your closet, changing multiple times to find something you feel good in?

That was me. As someone who has struggled with low self-esteem and anxiety. I had a hard time being excited to go out. I tried this fad diet and that fitness trend and nothing stuck. I had to find a fitness journey that fit me. That’s when I joined a local gym and set out to go 2 – 3 times a week. I felt strong after I left the gym. I found focus and that “fierce” energy the more I continued to go.

Now I help women who want to find their “fierce, badass” energy and confidence in their 30’s.
